The fact that there is change because of human activity is indisputable.  Of that much I'm sure.  Another fact is that we are all contributing to this change, even if only minimally.  If the stats and scientific findings that gets used to promote the idea that we should do something about it are somehow slanted it does not change these facts in the least.  It doesn't matter to what degree we are having a negative impact and what kind of effect our collective behavior that disregards the biosphere as a whole and smaller ecosystems in our direct environment are having.  Any fool should be able to easily reach the conclusion that it is better to support a more holistic, considerate of our environment and wholesome lifestyle, regardless of who promotes it and for what personal agenda (profit, power, fame).  It is definitely better to support selfish people in activities that promote the welfare of our environment as a whole than to support selfish or ignorant people in activities that disturb the balance of nature.  If you use an ox to pull a plow, do you care for what reason the ox is pulling it, or do you help him along to get things done?  Instead of worrying about the moral character of the people who are promoting a greener lifestyle, we should support the projects that makes a difference.  We do not have to buy anything from All or anybody else in particular.  If a complete asshole tells you that it is raining outside and you'd be better of using an umbrella and you can see for yourself that it is raining, it still makes sense to use an umbrella.  You don't have to buy it from him.  You don't have to like him or believe in anything he says if you can see for yourself that it is raining.  It really doesn't matter who is supporting a change in our approach to our environment.  What matters is that we support the change.
