A lovely piece of writing, thank you. You're right. I looked down my garden this morning early and was amazed at all the different greens of the trees lit up by early morning sun. But imagine all the ghastly things you mention if we did not have nature to sustain us. And if we are not very careful about the way we are going, maybe out great great grandchildren won't have such good fortune.
