shahdlou, That's too bad that the changes are not for the good. A few years back my friend "R" had a heart attack in the chunnel. A helicopter was awaiting him on the French end and took him to a hospital in Tours where he received the best of care for ten days. Back in USA he has always had nothing but good to say about medicine in France.
