Hi Helen. Enjoying your writing ;) I can relate to your story - I've just moved away from city in South Africa called Johannesburg, which is a place where many seem to 'live to work' .. and work to buy a bigger car.. i've dropped the whiskers and taken a pay cut, 'cause that's no way to live!

I love your tales of London. makes me sort of homesick and nostalgic. I lived and worked in London for close to 15 years. Home was Putney which is also very charming. Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear you suffer from a long term illness, I can only hope it's under control.
