Beautiful writing, Troosha. Once a person experiences the "peace that passes understanding"--that peace that comes from within, there is nothing that can take it away. It is truely the gift of God's love.

"Freedom's just another word for nothing less to lose."
Nice job. I'm currently against the current myself, so I need to find me an anchor or go with the flow.

Lovely thoughts my friend. I find I have to sit often and breath in and out until eventually I reclaim my peace which gets lost easily through stress too often. I stare at my chalice often and that gets me through and back to my place of peace

Beautifully said, letting go of fear, for a moment, something wonderful happens, surrendering
brings peace. Doing this is not always easy. I struggle with fear but should just let it go.
Maybe I should try laughing more!!!
