I recently helped a very good friend of mine going through things at her Dad's house after he had died - a very sad experience even for me! Luckily there was little mess - but of course that vast array of things any life accumulates. And the decision about what to keep and what to discard is always so difficult!
There was a strange feeling about the place, as if the house and all his things felt lost without his presence...
