Ariala, you are such a sweetheart!
I have just seen this, I am so touched that you think these kind thoughts of me. I must apologize for not being on the computer much and taking so long to find it. It's much like finding the pot at the end of the rainbow. This has made my morning and will continue throughout my day and week. Thank you so much. I've never heard such kind thoughts and it means so much. I think you have touched us all, and particulary me. You are a sweet lady.

Love, Maggie

Couple of days late in reading this, but..:)
I am so touched, Thank you, Dear Friend. I think you are awesome too! As is the spirit of womanhood inherent - caring, sharing, a gentle lead into a better world for all who seek, regardless if you have kids or not.

Thank you Ariala
however I must disagree on one thing.

I don't think children truly appreciate their mothers until later.

Thanks for the sweet tribute. You are so thoughtful. I
love my mom very much but if I had to choose someone
to replace her it would be a person like you.

Ariala, Our girlfriends remind us of the warmth of our mothers in some ways. Your mother raised a very thoughtful daughter and friend. ~Peace OTA

Awww I'm touched to tears Ariala ~ You are such a blessing to me. I received calls, cards and packages this morning...and yes, I count my blessings, for all the endearments they express (and as they mature) just moved me to yes, Tears ~ and now, MaMoo and MeeMee here and I thank God above for His blessings and add you as yet, God bless, another one. You're an Angel Ariala ~ and I know your mother gives thanks every day for one as dynamic and just plain 'sweet' and respectful and well, You're a great daughter

TAPS, mom would have loved the BL and Colonel Hairball, but I think
I started those after she had already passed away.

Thank you so much, Ariala. I enjoyed reading about all these Blogit mothers. I know you are remembering your mother in a special way today. I'm sure that God gave you the very best mother ever. (Did she know about BR and Col. Hairball? Just wondering).

Ariala, Thanks for the tribute. It's obvious from your comments on the many Moms here on blogit that there is no one formula for raising children. Personally, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, hoping that when all is said and done, I won't have messed them up too much.
Sounds like you had a wonderful relationship with your own Mother. Looks like she did a good job raising you.
