These houses are all single family dwellings
The blue roofed one, (I am trying to figure out a way to get a better picture of it) is listed as an 'estate'. All the things that look like chimneys are "roof art" in the "Keep Austin Weird" campaign, and do not appear to be functional in any way.
This is a private lake front community in Austin, TX. These are "cottages" compared to some of the houses at the other end of the lake. More on those later when I figure out how to get across the lake from them!

I'm sorry I know that you wrote they are single family homes but, they look like they could be apartment building or the blue roof one a mansion. Very nicely done.
