Ghaddafi may be the longest ruling Arab ruler today, but Libya has been a home to civilzation since prehistoric times, it has seen many attorcities and massacres commited on its soil and its sons and daughters yet the desert sands seem to bury all the heartache and glow with an eternal beauty of its own.

Like most Westerners, I know little about Lybia, though I do know about Gaddafi, who had his agents kill dissidents abroad, particularly in Italy, and who had that airliner blown out of the sky at Lockerby. He deserves to be hauled before the International Court in The Hague, but that will never happen, of course...

I like that Mother.  See how lovingly she looks at her son.  I'll just bet she has many stories she could tell if someone got her going on a PC.
