I'm so sorry for you losing a baby that is tragic and my heart goes out to
you and all concerned. Try not to drink too much. It just doesn't work for very long.
I go walking when I can't deal with pain. Walk for miles until my head is clear and my legs are tired. I'll remember you in my prayers.
