Comments on WHAT THOMAS JEFFERSON SAID ABOUT "KINGS, PRIESTS AND NOBLES.

All peoples have the right to uprising, Xeno-x, whether it be written or

not.  They simply need will, determination, and a little organization. But it says something about the mindset of the framers that they place it conspicuously in a declaration of independence, not only as justification for their actions but for posterity to remember and, if necessary, emulate.  Keeping people in ignorance only strengthens the government's hold.  Keeping the people distracted and marginally satisfied and in constant fear of "threats" internal and external solidifies that hold.

Oh, by the way, xeno-x, I liked your Jefferson so much, I appropriated the last two lines for my "Here's a thought:..." blog.  Hope you don't mind.

Universal cause shall cure them- let us go global!

universal cause shall to cure him of that folly and when they come

we shall not be standing in united

due to deceptions of the man who is blind

abandoned a will to ask

masses have only mocked

ominpotence has been proven wrong

when they rely upon flawed minds to pray

for which God may not do much more than anything

except to say, "no"

on the finest soil we are starving

growing corn for cars

on the finest climate we are boiling in the least amicable state of mocked charecter

taking our freedoms

away

from mothers

mocking

our way of life

along the way

on the finest soul in the finest climate

we stand with nothing left to stand for

a mass of people withstanding ignorance

praying not for understanding

nor love

nor a dream big enough to fall into

while the storm passes overhead

blessing of of nature and the curse of our rage we

have fallen prey

to establish order now would only confuse them more

it will require the Kings, and Priests and Nobels this time

if we shall ever know

the freedoms

we played chess with

where is Jefferson when you need him father

resting in my soul

he begins to teach of freedom

as you lay there

next to mother

and they come and take me far away

I shall miss you father

I shall never forget

walking in your grace

as we took the steps

to the court most high

I miss your face oh father

holding my hand telling

me it will be fine

daddy is going to win this argument

just you watch and see

and we walked

down a long hall

your hand in mine

I forgot that hallway

father

then I went again

to see

and as I stood

on marble floors

with your words

engraved

upon the wall

I remembered

the love you gave me

from birth

for freedom

and you said I could do anything I wanted to

then they made me dance

for the kings, priests, and nobels

and put me in a tunnel

where the wind

was so strong

and the changes

I experienced there

left

me in a bottle

stuck

and stuck there

my mind

remembers

the visit

we took

that day you argued

before the court

most high

I was so proud

of you father

and knew

you were happy then

then they came for me

while mother

laid

naked

and I was still proud of you

because I remembered

what you said

you said you would never leave me

you said

you would be back

with a china doll for me

but you never came

now those dolls are common place

father

I miss that day

hand and hand

walking with you

in our courts

most high

hearing you speak

of truth

freedom

and liberty

shall stay in my heart

now that you are gone

I live in your shadow

the snakes

have come

one and all to swallow

and I have lost

my father

still I fight

and learn

how to be more like

you

the man who I barely remember

but loved

to be near

I miss you father

I wish you

were here today

to help me understand

how all this went so wrong.

your shadow lights my way father

and they never quit expecting me to be greater than you

that shadow has cast me asside

they say I will never be as great as you

perhaps they are right, but then that would be hard to do©
