asking help is a self acceptance, that itself showing you that you are
trying the best. Few months back I asked some one help in marketing me, they did above and beyond so today I need to thank them...

It is a good idea to ask for help, especially since many predatory people will take advantage of someone who does need help but doesn't know how to ask for it.
