Yes it does warm my heart too
The more GOOD people who carry guns, the SAFER I feel, and the LESS SAFE criminals feel. I think more and more people are realizing that now. I heard a guy on the radio today who said, he didn't personally want to own a gun, but that he would be happy if all of his neighbors did.
I got the paperwork package to get a carry license, and I will take the class sometime later. I'm not in much of a hurry, though, because about 90% of the time I am never more than 10 feet away from a gun at home, office, and in my vehicle. A carry license will cover me the other 10%. Then I will only have to go unarmed when I travel by air.
