It's the only way I knew how-of dealing with it! It took me a great deal of time to TRUST my therapist enough-to actually talk to him as opposed to writing it all down! Their does come a day when I CAN and DO-talk to him-however-then there are no poems???? Thank you Troosha.Chris.
