I do suffer from the same condition. My pcyciotrist prescribed Serequel for me, and it works like a charm. It is not a sleeping tablet, but it does make you relax, and then sleep is not very far away. Do consult your doctor to find out if you might be able to use it. Unfortunately it is not available without prescription. Good luck!

I know there's a lot on your plate right now, but don't let it get to you. You need to rest well so you can get your strength back and be ready for the battles ahead.
