I know what you mean too Maggie, like the article noted, they can pull you down sometimes and you don't even realize it's happening. I have to try really hard every day sometimes just to keep my head above the sinking hole!!! Thanks for reading...

I've gotten over them, I don't let them interfere with me anymore. They can make you miserable! Glad you shared this.
