Maybe machine is just an extremely unsophisticated organism.
God created man in his image, man created machine with the limited capacity he had/has. Eventually, maybe machine will make a machine, and that machine will give birth to a human baby More Human Than Human. You know, if time travel is ever going to be possible, it already is. Doesn't that just make your bubblegum pop?
