It does not work with firefox on windows XP, either.
This is ridiculous. If it only works with IE, why couldn't you have said so?

I've tried it with three different browsers on my Imac. I guess I have to boot up a windows machine. But why wasn't I told this before, or asked which browser I'm using. If you're working on it, you know which browsers DO work. I wasn't even told it was a browser problem the first time, just that you knew about it and were working on it.
So, will it work with Firefox on a WinXP machine?

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but the issue is that it only seems to affect certain browsers/OS configurations, so most people are not affected. We are working on it, but due to it being browsers/OS-specific, it is taking a bit longer. I would suggest trying a different browser, since that might work fine.
