- Go to Court Rules "Cocktail" Not Cruel And Unusual
I'm usually a caring, compassionate kind of guy, Sunny, but when it comes
to mass murderers, serial killers, serial rapists, pedophiles of any kind -- I lose my caring, compassionate side. Those animals deserve their day in court as human beings. They deserve their litigatory measures the same as any other person. Then they deserve to be put down like the animals they are. Justice does not require compassion. Just a steady hand.

Wow...I would not want to be one of those people where it wasn't
administered correctly.
I would think that the electric chair would seem more cruel and unusual.

How dare you question the motives of a convicted killer (which every damned
one of the inmates on death row are, unless I'm missing something), sam. I am shocked that you would even think that serial killer or mass murderer couldn't show compassion while butchering or gunning down his fifth or sixth victim. Yet, we are to be compassionate in administering the final method of death in our executions of these animals and sociopaths. Truly, I am all for it, this ensuring that even the worst criminals are treated with a modicum of respect for their humanity (which, by the way, they actually forfeited with their heinous crimes). What I am totally against are the whiners and bleeding hearts that believe that this compassion should extend further to these wanton killers. If fifteen or more years of appeals didn't commute, negate, or alter these guys' convictions, put them down like the animals they are...

The oerp will alawys have more rights than the victim. If you are on death row, you placed yourself there by previous actions. I doubt they killed with compassion. sam
