I'm not. We have an ongoing disagreement. She thinks groundhogs are cute little things. I lived part of my life on a farm. Groundhogs were varmints and pests. They are quite abundant in Missouri, apparently, thus the lack of a limit on how many can be killed or possessed and on the hides you can sell.
And word is they are tasty. A little greasy, perhaps, but along the lines of rabbits and squirrels in taste. Chubby things.
