Hello Troosha--many thanks indeed and yes-you are right-the poetry WAS/IS extremely theraputic for me and enabled me to 'stay' within the therapy it'self! If I was not able to write about it-I could never have dealt with it all! Thanks again Troosha.Chris.

Yes-I believe you are right mariaki! When I speak to my Sons-they sound happy enough-(almost)-with their up-bringing! I believe they acknowledge the change im me and it lightens their memories of the past!(Perhaps it's not appropriate for me to question what they recall and therefore-it was my issues and not theirs!?)-Thank you mariaki.God bless.Chris.
