If I could, I would lower the ladder for you Azur.  Try to protect those talented fingers.

Inspiring ...
to me! Since I am still looking for a rope to get me out of my own hole of misery ... That is how it goes. And usually the rope is there but we don't have the eyes to see it yet. The rule of the universe. We see as our pair of eye finally adjust to the lighting within the room we find ourselves in and we can manage to open them ... and I think you did :)

The inhale and exhale.
You had more strength than you thought in the reserves.  Now your re-creation has rewarded you with more dragons to slay - great.  Such is life crawling out of the hole.  Always be on the lookout for somebody trying to give you a hand.  I know you're the one used to being that person.

I'm sorry to hear your
sore and worn out.  I had a scare a few months ago.  My mom said, "ignoring the problem won't make it go away." And she's right, however, escaping into a routine is what I do sometimes.  Seems like you're a rock for someone.  That's a lucky someone.  Take care and I hope you feel better

Yes. Writing often helps you to see things you couldn't see previously.

Nice blog. Great image: clawing out of the hole with polished nails.
Sometimes I think people don't even realize they're in a hole or they need to climb out. The descent is so gradual, one little slip becomes habitual, the hole is dug one teaspoon at a time.  By the time we realize there's a need to change things, we're almost in over our heads.

Azur, wish you could just lie back and relax and look up for awhile at the promising blue of the sky.  Having ones eyes trained upon the ugly dirt walls of a hole would get anyone down.

Sometimes the hole we are in is caused by our mental state, so it is true that one must do whatever it takes to dig out. If writing creates the proverbial rope in which you can climb, then you have your answer. When you write as you do, you not only release yourself from that which places you in the dark hole, but you release others as well. Reading your feelings and thoughts inspires others to think. When bogged down by life, it is within our own capabilities to either succeed or succumb.

The only way to help yourself is to help others! Today you made me see that the troubles in my life can be minimized by my own perception of things around me. I am grateful for your words of encouragement.

I feel like that, then I grit my teeth and tell the world to go eff itself. I ain't dead yet! They ain't killing me without serious collateral damage! Then, problem solved, I'm calm again! This is like what you said, in essence!
