If only I could motivate myself first thing in the am to exercise. Like right now.......it's dreary/cloudy/cold outside and the first thing I do is grab a cup of coffee and check out the news.......Maybe in an hour I'll feel motivated...

Hi Dee, I've tried this, and while it's a great way to start the day
I can't get motivated lately to get my butt out of bed in the morning! I'm just so lazy lately---but it's right on, as I wasn't always such a bum. When I did exercise in the AM I felt fantastic all day long. It's a great tip!
