This reminded me of a time when I was really down and out. I've been walking a couple of kilos (miles or whatever) and was tired and confused. I sat down on a bench at a shopping mall. Next to me was an elderly black lady (I was much younger then so she may have been younger than I thought too) who had an aura of piece around her. She had a little green star attached to her top, near her heart. This is to indicate that she is a member of a mostly black church movement in SA that gather for their big meetings in a place called Zion City of Moria. She asked me if I was OK. That simple question meant all the world to me. Sometimes a mere presence or simple caring words can heal were no amount of therapy or medicine can.
