Your description of the sidebar says "life and times" ..
so I am going to assume this blog is autobiographical. If so, I am proud of who you have become in spite of the past. Your writing is wonderful. My heart goes out to you for having to endure such painful childhood memories ... indelible and unfair. Thank you for sharing.
