Several weeks back, a saw a post complaining about the use of the words, "blog," "blogs," "blogger" and "bloggers" in headlines, and since then, I've noticed that
very same person using those
same words in his/her headlines! Don't you just love double-standards! I love that your blogs are so eclectic and address a wide range of issues and stray into the lighter side of things. I have no problem with your headlines. At least the text that follows....is true to the headline. Isn't that what counts? Keep-on with your bad-self, Ariala! You'll never lack for readers. And for those who choose not to read....to each his own!

I believe I read the comment you're referring to - the reading but not commenting observation and even going so far to say they are a good writer and should command a higher ranking; implying Blogit was catering to a clique of people. Blogit themselves has no control over who reads who. I, too, would have left a comment but I'm one of the "blocked". If anyone one is in here for the ranking race I think they've missed the point or, at the very least, should be careful about narrowing their audience. It's not a competition as to who's better than who because we're all so very different. It's about making a writing contribution and hopefully that effort is enjoyed by others. Anyway... that's how I see it.
