aspirin, if I hurt in the day, Sudafed if I awake with a sinus headache.
You will probably live to be 123 and I shall die soon. That's probably dictated by the number of quirky vitamin trends going around and those who follow them shall be rewarded.
May you live forever, as you really seem to want to do so.

I take equinacea when I feel like I'm going to be sick. Apart from that, niet, nada, nothing. But I used to take Royal Jelly (from bees) every spring and fall. I somehow stopped that too. So, now, it's just a healthy diet I guess.

katray, I haven't caught a cold or the flu in a very long time...of course,
I've also limited stress from my life as much as I could! Vitamin C is great...I used to take it, too, but found that when I stopped, I often got sick! LOL The antioxidants seem to do the job now. Oh and juice is good!!

Um, caffeine....:)
I try to drink juice every day too for the benefits of Vitamin C. Sounds like quite the healthy regiment you're on, Ariala - kudos!
