I have an 'in' and may become a victim's rights lobbyist. This has made me have to change everything but my residence...and that will be coming in May. There really are no laws to protect someone who is not a sundry VICTIM, but a victim of a litigated CRIME. UNTIL THE PERSON CROSSES A PARTICULAR LINE IN THE SAND...(done) there is ZERO RECOURSE. I am set to change that. Sadly, the person who did this to me, has sent out multiple emails to the fact, bragging about it, as most criminals do.

This is serious legislation! As usual, there is enough room for abuse of these laws!
