Never misunderstood Ariala ~ You're a precious daughter and you're such a dynamic person.   And the honor we carry as children well, I knew your love was strong enough to come back on and 'explain' further. 

My mother called me that word...and she was a very good woman...much like as you describe your mother.  However, she suffered from many things and I knew the days she was ill, well I tried to make myself scarce.  and my Father, he was ill as well ~ an alcoholic.  A very good provider but, an alcoholic, very hard to live with ~  So, as they're both gone now, and as I miss them so, I recall all the wonderful -- fabulous times, I spent with them ~

This blog made me tear up. I have always understood your

relationship with your mom. It's nice that you have those memories of her.  Especially the fun ones.  I miss mine as well.  No, mine hasn't passed on but she's not the mother that I knew and can talk to anymore.  It's just so hard to deal with her the way she is,  but I try to remember the fun I had with my mom as well.  We didn't always get along either but I knew that she still loved me and she was always doing what she thought was best for me.

 

sorry for the rambling..I got a little emotional.
