I think many people do because of the cost of beef and the fact that it is harder for our bodies to process it. I eat more chicken because I like it better

I so wish I could make it real. Tom says I feed everyone so it is real but I see myself sitting down with my patrons and making sure they are enjoying the food... its a nurturing thing. I will make sure you have a reserved table if I ever acxtually get it up and real.
