Thank God for II Peter 3!:9! The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentence. Of course in Luke 4:12, Jesus warned that we should not tempt God, as he quoted Deuteronomy 6:16 We are held accountable to what we know, and God knows what we know! He cannot be fooled like our friends

Jesus had himself said to his disciples to remain awake, the key word is 'awake', for, you never know when I come calling at your door. a nice reminder
