Hey Kiddo!!! I am so glad you're back on here
and I am so glad I am back, yet I can't think of anything "sucky" to write....
I think there's no hope for her, unless some sort of authority gets involved. Glad to see yo

none of us should give you advice no matter how much we want to
things get messed up and the advice giver is to blame.

you can only watch the situation -- if there's an obvious problem that can be verified and documented then children's services is an option -- also doctors that would care for her and deliver the baby might see something that would require such a referral,  -- that's all i can say.

Its no longer
about your sister but the well being of the baby.  My suggestion would be that you need to start keeping a journal of your sisters actions. You will need it one day in order to get the baby away from your sister - and it sounds as if you will be raising this baby. It is almost impossible to prove a mother unfit- but it sounds like you are going to have a strong case one of these days if your sister doesnt grow up

Yow. Damn.
You are right. It's about the baby. Ultimatums never work with the stupid an the addicted, so maybe it's time to check with the state, useless and cumbersome as they are most of the time.

You have a good heart, Kiddo. I don't know what in the hell I would do.

I agree with your aunt and grandmother...it's no longer about your sister.
It's about the welfare of the baby.

sam444, I know...there is no opinion about it as far as I'm concerned..it's
just a fact.  Im not sure what I should do, or what exactly I could do.  I think my Grandmother and Aunt are looking at trying to get her committed, (she is crazy crazy) and keep her from doing any harm until the baby is born.  OR something, she's doing better than she was doing, but that baby can't be raised by her.

I think it is inappropriate to feed an unborn child drugs in any way, shape or manner. The child has been conceived and it deserves the best possible care in its development. I wish you well.  sam
