Yeah.. I know you are right but that is a type of cleansing that I am just not good at. But I keep tripping over the "stuff" from my life with Mike. I have not found a place to put it yet and I can't toss it away

that's exactly what Spring Cleaning is all about...for me that is. Cleaning away the cobwebs of ones life. Some are tougher than others, some cobwebs get sticky and tangled around our hearts, some make us laugh, some we simply sweep away..or weep away in your case. Cleansing is cleansing whether it be crying or using a rag and broom...it's all the same.
