Awesome...Oh the deer are prevelant here in my neck of the woods.  They are beautiful to witness, with their innocent and striking graceful movements.  Great poem ~ Elyse

Thanks. I also did that so delibrately slow down the reading of the poem, in keeping with how slowly time itself seemed to be passing.

I really enjoyed this poem. I grew up on the land & wild deers were plentiful so I can really appreciate your experience.
