Where this is a simple image gallery script, meant as an add on utility to a website or webstore, there are other free image gallery scripts that are complete websites in themselves.

Ariala - there are a number of ways to accomplish this same task
I set the criteria for my needs as being free and quick to execute. You, as a Frontpage user have a number of built in advantages, primarily integrated FTP and the ability to auto replace code snippets in all of the files at once.
There is no escaping the need to edit and organize all of the images being used for an online presentation. This time spent in editing images can only be reduced by increased proficiency with whatever image editing program you are using and whatever process you have developed for this task. Getting the images onto the internet in an image gallery presentation can however, be a matter of a few minutes (I can do it all in less than 5 minutes). To facilitate this expediency, I have created a small text file of code snippets I want to replace in the image gallery web pages. That takes two minutes, then FTP to my website takes another 2 minutes. The final minute is spent scratching my head in wonderment at how amazing all this stuff is.
