I am supporting him, Benz, albeit thoughtfully and with care...

not about a personality or his eloquence, but about the true change we all need and that is what he's promising. Of course politicians and their promises usually part ways once they have won. I think Kucinich and Nader have stronger track records in working for public interest, therefore their sincerity is more certain, imo, but they aren't allowed to ascend to the highest office. Once Obama is elected, it will be vitally important to continue paying attention to what is going on in Washington and to remind him 'we' are still around..:)

Re: A message of hope makes me nervous that he will have too much power

deks, exactly like the president that we already have, no??

I fear Hillary's 'already installed lobby, contributing corporate and old Bill friends' network....though, I would like a woman in power, hopefully showing men how it can be done....

But, realist that I am, the MEN will paralize her efforts as much as possible, to put women back in their place, as First Woman. Of course, the idiots can do that to each other forever.

I despise Congress and its woossy head cheese ways.

Where is a saintly benevolent dictator who could turn it all around in a few years, when you want one??!?!?!?

A message of hope makes me nervous that he will have too much power
and not enough substance. I like Hilary's idea to put 50,000 people to work installing solar energy panels on people's houses. I'm not so sure of Obama's economic and anti-global warming strategies. And I don't know that Obama is listening the way Hilary listens.

maj, I don't know who I'm voting for, but I put this here to make somebody

talk.

Yup, Stassen, I guess.

I just liked the way that the video made me feel 1960 again. I like life when the children get involved in politics.
