FYS, I understand, but after all these years on Blogit, much of it is
repeated and recycled hatred against God and His people...No matter how its packaged and resold, that's just what it is. No one is perfect and having to read how God-awful I am and the rest of my spiritual friends are is insane, especially when I have so little time on Blogit. They are free to believe and rail on as they do...and I am free to no longer read it. I would much rather read things that are positive and uplifting than have to read about yet another reason why Christianity sucks...I'm sure it appears as though I'm not being compassionate, but even among those I'm talking about, they would tell you I am. They've read me for years and I've interacted with many of them. I've never fought with those atheists and agnostics that remain. Those that left were the irrational, cruel ones. Those that remain are those with strong opinions, and they're entitled to them, but all I'm saying is I've not learned anything new from any of them that I haven't read or heard before in my dealings over the years...and most of them cannot be "reached" by me anyway. God's Holy Spirit has to do the reaching...and this takes me back to my original comment that I leave them in God's care...and I do pray for them, OFTEN, in fact. Thanks!

Re: FYS, this is why I don't leave comments on the atheist's and agnostic's
In defense of several non-believing writers on this site, I more often than not find plenty of spiritual truths amid their "railing on". Most of the time they're not railing on against God, but against His disciples. I experience much of the same forms of attack by a variety Christians all the time, simply because I am a Catholic. It's the reason I don't avoid the religious posts of the more challenging bloggers on this site, and more often than not agree with them.

FYS, this is why I don't leave comments on the atheist's and agnostic's
posts when they rail on and on against God...like you said, I take it up with God. Period. I don't try to flatter them and tell them how great they are or try to find things to agree with them, leading them to think I'm in union with them. All those games aren't for me, nor for them. I've had all those discussions before and there is no agreement in the end. I'm cordial and stay away. When it comes to my post, if they visit here, I'll comment as I can with them, but in the end we usually agree to disagree. There's no solving this one. It's a matter of choice and belief. Thanks!

There is nothing anyone can do or say to a non-believer that will make
him or her believe that God exists. "Proof", much like anything, is subjective. When we're talking about God, we're talking about a being that exists on a level so far beyond our comprehension that it's difficult for some to accept clear evidence of God's existence because it's not measurable in a physical sense.
If anyone reading this post really hopes for the conversion of a non-believer, quit talking to him or her about God. Instead, talk to God about the non-believer, and then just let it go.

Ariala, you are truly
a voice of balance in a place full of voices that are not. My voice is often found in the latter. Thank you!
