Successful
Well, I used to think success was all about the MONEY, and material things!!!!  Now, at my age, I look back at all the good and bad that I have been through, an have seen.  I think success is "being happy".  How many people can actually say they are happy with their life the way it is, and with everything that is in it?  We need more positive and happy people in this world!!!

leaders..it certainly isn't the person who has the biggest bank account..
It's the person with the biggest "heart" (and I don't mean the organ pumping the blood..:)

To me, success is achieving a liveable station in life without
compromising morality.

Success - too many definitions/aspects to count
When?-From age 40 on consider and maybe decide successfulness

How? Financially -   If you struggle to make ends meet week to week, and $20 can make or break you, you're not successful.  If you always make ends meet and $50 won't make or break you, you are successful.

Success starts when you  are content and at peace with who you are,  what you have, and those you love.

Dictionary- an achievement of something desired or planned. (too vague) Good question!
