Hi, tigerprincess
You may very well be right.  I don't claim to be all-knowing or always right.  That is why the title of this blog is "I don't know beans."  But the point is that Huckabee has won some states with a tiny fraction of the expense Romney has gone to.  He's also won more states than the supposed frontrunner not too long ago, one Rudy G., or Fred T., the conservative dark horse expected to shake things up.  It is Huckabee who is shaking things up by winning anything at all.  As long as he stays in the race it may be impossible for either Romney or McCain to get a clear majority.  That puts Huckabee in the position of being a deal-maker as well as a possible king-maker.  That makes him a winner even though he may not have a snowball's chance of getting the nomination himself.  Then again, if his continued presence forces an open convention anything could happen.  What is happening is that people like ourselves can speculate on the possibilities instead of having a candidate shoved down our throats.  This is good, I believe.  Thank you for joining in the debate.  I appreciate your contribution to my thoughts on the matter.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you that Huckabee is any type of winner. Look at how many states he's won compared to how many Romney has won. Personally I think Romney has the power behind him that he can still pull off a win.
