I know...
I have been on the ciff of do I stay or do I jump for about 2 years! Something is keeping me where I am. Maybe just a little fear of the unknown, but not sure what the other 90% is that keeps me in the current positioning? I know I have been surprised to see who/what picked me up (caught me), but just not sure what the right move is this time....

All too often we're afraid to jump but as one of your questions points out we might be very surprised at who is there to catch us!
