I know...
I have been on the ciff of do I stay or do I jump for about 2 years! Something is keeping me where I am. Maybe just a little fear of the unknown, but not sure what the other 90% is that keeps me in the current positioning? I know I have been surprised to see who/what picked me up (caught me), but just not sure what the right move is this time....
