Though the delegates are currently on hold......you can bet that they will be restored along with Michigan on the first day of the convention....or in preliminary Rules Committee meetings.
Democrats would want to be cast as the party of disenfranchisement???
Not doing so..... would present too much fodder in the regular election in both Michigan and Florida......key states for either side to win.......
