Logically speaking, it makes sense. If you stick your finger in a electrical socket, no-one can touch you. If there is a grease fire on the stove which sparks an electrical fire, you throw dirt on it. When someone is struck by a bolt of lightening, you can not touch them. If the electricity is not that intense, then the person will just pass out. How long was it between the strike and the burial?
