Jerk seasoning
I'm from Trinidad and my boyfriend is Jamaican, we both live in Maryland, USA. He tells me he makes very, very good jerk chicken but hasn't made any for me yet. I'm waiting to see what he says is true.
The first time I had jerk chicken was in Trinidad at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. The Jamaican students from Canada Hall a had put on a jerk chicken lunch sale. I guess they were raising money for something. Anyway, it was my first encounter with jerk and it was delicious. Never forgot it. I'll see if my bf can do as good as those guys did.

Maybe you could post
one of your favorite jerk seasoning sauces--I am sure there are many that would love a good one. Have A great weekend
