You should pick up Suzanne Sommers book(s). You are going through menopause, and thus you should consider doing what she has done to stay feeling attractive, sexy, full of lust, zest and life despite. Or read Christian Northrop's books. You can't get any closers to the Goddess mother herself when reading her stuff. I encourage you and I wish you well on your life's journey.

You are so kind. Thank you but there are so many days when I am writing in this blog when I am not brave but rather I am reaching into the darkness for a hand to catch me and ears to hear me as if hearing would somehow make my fears dissappear and my burden lighter. And sometimes I write just so I can see my situation more clearly. And sometimes I just write

I can't imagine what it was like for you to put down all your fears in one page, i could never do that, what you have done so far speaks volumes of your love for life and ability to survive and you should trust those instincts. God bless you Goddess, just concentrate on getting better and the rest will simply fall into place.
