It seems to me that all diets say the same thing--If it tastes good don't eat it.

DEE
Congratulations! I've been on my Cabbage soup diet for over three weeks and may a pound or two. I still cannot fit into the jeans I wore 7 months ago? I have fresh fruit or blended berries in the blender with a splash of rice milk in the morning.  A hard boiled egg and raw veggies for lunch, Dinner is cabbage soup, Raw cabbage dropped into boiling chicken broth for about 4 minutes with a diced garlic clove. And I'm not dropping like I should. I don't drink anything but water, don't eat after 5 in the afternoon and I exercise morning and night? I wonder why, I just can't give up the weight? Perhaps it is my age?
