I wonder if they'll...
...make a children's bathroom so they won't have to encounter sexual perverts! If you can't take that crap home, you are definitely a pervert.

they're jkust citing a judge's opinion -- it's already basically "law" --
jris prudence and all that.
but may you would like to live in a totalitarian state -- that does seem to be your opinion
and Herr Bush seems right up your narrow-minded alley

Hey if I'm stranded in an airport(like maybe in Detroit)
And this really hot babe begs me for sex, I wouldn't hesitate to drag her straight into a bathroom stall and would definitely expect some privacy.

Now you hate the law of the land
The ruling makes sense, even if I am unable to
figure out why anyone would wish to have sex in a public bathroom. A CLOSED
stall has to be viewed as a private area due to the nature of what it is.
Whatever a person is doing in that stall is up to them. Unless you want to give
up your right to privacy in a bathroom? Do you actually want it to become a
legal thing for people to peep into your stall while you're doing your
business? Obviously that was more or les what the ruling had to deal
with.
I'll admit this is a disturbing one for me, because
I really cannot understand anyone wishing to engage in sex in such places, but
unless we go and say that bathroom stalls are places where anyone can just peek
in on you as they wish, there are going to be certain areas that we just have to
look the other way over.
I already know you hate the idea of freedom and now
you are saying you hate the ideas of following laws that are about individual
freedoms. A 38 year old ruling is still a legal ruling and defines the
law.
As for my children being exposed to such things, I
do not desire that to ever happen. It would be as bad as them having to spend
time with the perversion of a fundamentalist or a die hard conservative.
Luckily, being a intelligent person and a good responsible parent, I would most
likely be able to make sure my boys had no idea what was going on and figure out
some way to deal with it that will not leave an impact on them. of course since
I have never once had to deal with such events taking place and I figure they
are fairly rare, I personally am not too worried about it. They are mush more
likely to have freedom hating fundamentalist conservatives try to screw them up
and traumatize them by forcing narrow minded views and morals on
them.
Now I do agree with you "America does
not need to be concerned about enemies." People like you who wish to destroy
our freedom and turn us into a theocracy are about the greatest
danger to this country you will ever find and if we were to let you have your
way, America would fall in a blink. You really just do not understand how
freedom works at all do you?

ACLU Continues Attack On Nation's Morals
RedStatesMan: Public rest rooms are for doing your business not for getting busy. That also includes getting busy with yourself. I'm sure that everybody can figure out what I mean.
