I can't Imagine Blogit Without You
As a newcomer you have embraced me and made me feel so welcome. The english version of the word colour is spelt with a
'u' and I know there is no colour without
you. I have not yet started to spread my wings. Thanks for sharing

I've tried others but I always come back "home"
This just feels right to me and I refuse to spend all my life blogging on a heap of sites.

I wrote on some free sites..
during my hiatus.. But I found none of them more fullfilling then here.
And you guys (sometimes) make me feel like I'm somebody and not such a
loser. At times... :)

Hello Sally, I've been fortunate to have a world-wide circle of friends &
relatives who have given me love, sopport, encouragement over the years..so I've my own, what could amount to a private blog, where not only do I get feedback on my work, I also get to exchange ideas & keep in touch..sorta like a smaller, private version of blogitville..so between that and the many wonderful writers here, I truly do not feel the need for going on another blog, but would rather spend that time in reading, composing or whatever else I might want to do at that time..just my take..hope you'll visit my poetry blog sometime!
Best wishes, Ash

Sally
I've tried Urbis but each page/screen seem to take an inordinate amount of time to open. And I've tried Yahoo but again I found it a little cumbersome. Given I write and post my poems mostly to keep myself self disciplined and to build a "library" of work, Blogit and the kind, encouraging people here has served me well.

I have only seen one other site, it seemed cold and unwelcoming, or perhaps it was just new and different.

Good Morning, Offy hon
Oh, the pain...to know that you have strayed from the warm embrace of those who love you in this dear old Blogitville of ours...that you have given in to the lure of the bright lights and the siren songs of the purveyors of false promises, that you are searching for fame and fortune among the tinsel and the dross...and oh yes, I would follow you and protect you, if only I weren't paid up for the whole damn year, and if I had more time for this damn blogging business, which I ain't got...

You write on other sites?
I feel so used, so second hand, so......
jealous. I can hardly get anyone to read me here, I don't need multiple rejection opportunities. So no, I don't write anywhere else.
