Remember Mother (Saint) Teresa's painful confession that, "for 50 years after her initial spiritual revelation, God was absent in her life"; yet she was obedient to the inner call that emphasized with the world's suffering. Faith in all its works. personafied. Would I have the courage to endue and perservere in the face of such desolation and torment of the spirit? To me, that is the question and the quest, as well. Such a paradodx for me. joab

Thank you for your thoghts. Exactly what I`ve been musing about and going through. I just realized that I want to really fall in love with God, so that spending time with Him would become so natural. Well, it has been already, but still there are many things that divide my attention. But He will finish the good work that He has started in us! :)
