I attended a talk recently about decreasing stress in your life-

The woman used a quote that she saw on a T-shirt. I went something like this:

"I no longer want to hear what you have to say. I am cancelling my subscription to you."

Okay it was a little more succint, but that is the idea

I am delighted whenever I read blogs like yours.  The more we realize just how much our thinking and the quality of those thoughts influence our everyday lives, then the better off we are. In 2007, I realized that there is not only power in my thoughts but the quality of my life is determined by the colour of those thoughts, today I am a better person for that...Best Wishes for 2008 Let's make it great

I did not have a heart attack, though I often thought I was having one, the pain of giving up my love felt as if I could die. I have had divine intervention but as of yet, my scars and wounds are still fresh and attempting to heal, thus  'a whole new world' opening up for me, is not yet on the horizon, but it is being built each and every day. Wonderful post. Thanks for sharing

sounds like the right thing to me, if we all could get away and sop being negative to a life we should be grateful for, I guess after our heart attack that made you think differently, keep it up

Sounds like you came away from the negative experience with a positive attitude so you gotta like that part.  A positive attitude can also be infectious.  If you shine everyone around you will shine.

I was telling people you were my blogit friend and they were all saying how beautiful you were!  That's some positive stuff for you today!!  And I know what you mean...it's much better to surround yourself with positive people...it does the heart and soul good!
