When left solitary, I go on, thank to Jesus Christ and this wonderful MOTHER EARTH, but the conversation with beings with similar vibrations is like attending CHURCH for me. Shalom

Dave--glad to see you and opt for CHAI. Yes, there are so many without caffeine, and healthy even with some caffeine. I recommend the mint family, which includes SAGE. Aum Tat Sat--Salaam--and Peace to each and every human, animal and sentient life form. Neil

Re: The spiritual outflow from you is quite envigorating, my friend,
You are also an invigorating presence here...and I like your debating skills too. I shy away from them, but I will get better, watching you. I need to practice saying TRUTHS in such a nice way that when I ask someone to go to hell, they look forward to the trip. Shalom and Shanthi Aum. Neil

Thank you so much for your words, Chris, and your example. Best to your family, who have overcome much, and we are all proud of you ...just refreshed myself about your personal -and your husband's - struggles this morning already. Peace & His Joy are within grasp. Neil

Troosha, even I give in to the temptations of pizza with wonderful fresh ingredients. But the white bread/wheat and loads of adulterated cheese (meaning: mixed with oil, milk & water) are bad for heart and the GI tract. Shalom My Dear Poet

That's just beautifull Neil! I remember saying prayers before we ate-as
kids--long time ago! I HATE any food waste-thinking of those who have too little or nothing at all! And I do thank the Lord that nowadays our finances are such that we don't go hungry!God bless you my friend-Shalom-Chris.

I love "giving thanks" before a meal but confess sometimes the meal might be pizza.... For the most past though I fill our plates with healthy food and I always ask God to watch over those who are less fortunate. Oh, how we take for granted the bounty in our lives.
